How the QuantumSwift Portal handles your information, your content, your organisation's isolation, the AI that drafts for you, and billing. Each policy shows its version and whether it is in force yet.

  What personal information the portal collects, why, where it is kept, who processes it, how long it is held, and how a person can see, correct or remove it. Covers logins, conversations, proposals, approvals and usage records.

  The agreement between QuantumSwift and a client organisation for use of the portal: accounts, what a grant permits, approvals as the client's instruction to publish, plans and payment, limits of liability, suspension and termination.

  What may and may not be asked of the portal and its agents: no unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content, no attempts to reach another organisation's data, no probing of the agents or the systems behind them.

  The few cookies and browser storage items the portal uses — sign-in session, time zone, appearance preferences — what each does, that none track a person across other sites, and how to clear them.

  QuantumSwift as processor of a client's data: instructions, confidentiality, security measures, sub-processors, breach notice, assistance with access requests, deletion at the end of the relationship, and audit rights.

  How long each kind of record is kept — conversations, proposals, pictures, approvals, usage, audit — why, what is deleted when a project or organisation disconnects, and how a person requests removal.

  How the portal protects client data: isolation per organisation enforced in the database, human approval before anything publishes, agents that cannot publish, secrets never in prompts, audit of every click, and what happens in an incident.

  Where AI is used in the portal and what it may do: drafting proposals and answers, never publishing; which providers process content; that a person approves every change; how to opt out of AI drafting for a project; and how usage is metered.

  The third parties that process client data on QuantumSwift's behalf — identity, database, background jobs, AI models, hosting, site platform and, later, payments — what each receives and where it runs, with notice before the list changes.

  The standard the portal aims for, what has been done — keyboard use, contrast and text-size settings, reduced motion, plain language — known gaps, and how to report a barrier and get help another way.

  How plans work: included tokens per month for project work, overage per thousand, support never charged, the billing day, what an invoice shows, how payment is taken, disputes, refunds for work not delivered, and what happens on non-payment.

  What a client can expect: how to reach a person, response times by severity, the turnaround aimed for on proposals and on QuantumSwift-gated approvals, planned maintenance notice, and what is outside support.

  How to report a security problem in the portal responsibly, what QuantumSwift promises in return — acknowledgement, a fix timeline, no legal action for good-faith research — and what is out of scope.

  The client owns their site content and what the agents draft for them on approval; QuantumSwift keeps its tools and templates; the licence QuantumSwift needs to render pictures and publish on instruction; third-party material stays the client's responsibility.
